Analysis of main company processes and interfaces, defining measures and improvements in sales, insurance techniques, corporate insurance, life insurance, claims handling, IT, call center, book keeping and car fleet.

• Design of “TO BE” business processes, elimination of redundancies and bottlenecks.

• Designed and deployed MIS in Sales.

• Implementation in all regional structures.
